A hand-painted heirloom to honor the place you call home.
Whether it’s the house you grew up in, your first home as newlyweds, a vacation cottage filled with memories, or a beloved family estate - your home holds a story, and I’d be honored to capture it in watercolor.
Each portrait is lovingly painted on 140lb professional-grade watercolor paper, highlighting the unique details and charm that make your home one of a kind. These portraits make thoughtful gifts for anniversaries, housewarmings, real estate closings, or simply to celebrate the spaces that have shaped your life.
Available in three sizes.
Each piece is painted to order and includes a white border for easy framing and a polished finish.
Reserving Your Place in My Painting Calendar
Because each portrait is created personally by hand, I accept a limited number of commissions each month.
At checkout, you will pay a non-refundable booking retainer ($125) to reserve your spot.
After I create and send your sketch for approval, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Once approved and paid, your painting will begin.
When you book, you will select a reservation month.
Your portrait will begin during that month and be completed approximately 4–6 weeks after your start date.If you need your painting by a specific date, please contact me before booking, and I will gladly confirm availability.

How It Works
After placing your order, please email a clear photo of your home to:
chloe@englishteapaperie.comI work best from one main image, but you’re welcome to request thoughtful additions like seasonal flowers, landscaping touches, or paint color updates to make your portrait feel truly personal.
Before I begin painting, I will send you a sketch to review and approve so you can feel confident in the layout and placement.
After approval, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance.
Painting begins once the final invoice is paid.
Please Note
I do not offer venue portraits unless you are a current English Tea Paperie wedding client. However, if you represent a venue and are interested in a portrait for branding or marketing purposes, I’d love to discuss a custom commission with licensing included — just send me a note.
Do I own the image rights to my painting?
When you purchase a painting, you own the physical artwork, not the copyright.
The artist (that’s me!) retains all reproduction rights. If you’d like to use the image for marketing, branding, or printed materials, I offer affordable commercial licenses so you can use the artwork legally and beautifully.
Checkout secures your booking retainer. The remaining balance is invoiced after sketch approval.
