ARTWORK LICENSING & USAGE POLICY

PROTECTING THE BEAUTY, INTEGRITY, AND EXCLUSIVITY OF

ENGLISH TEA PAPERIE ARTWORK.

Every English Tea Paperie design is hand-painted with intention, care, and love. My artwork - from delicate florals to custom watercolors - is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, resold, or reused without written permission. This policy ensures that every painting or pattern remains as special as the occasion or brand it was created for.

FOR BRIDES & COUPLES (Personal Use)

Artwork created or licensed to an individual couple is intended for personal, one-time use - typically for your wedding stationery and printed materials related to your event.

YOU MAY:

Use the artwork for your own wedding invitations, day-of paper, or keepsake pieces

Reprint your design for personal items such as thank-you notes or framing

YOU MAY NOT:

Share, sell, or distribute the files to planners, designers, or printers for use beyond your own wedding

Reuse the artwork for future events, resale, or any commercial purpose.

I create artwork to represent your story alone, and keeping it exclusive helps preserve that sense of beauty and individuality.

FOR WEDDING PLANNERS, DESIGNERS, VENUES, and OTHER VENDORS (Commercial Use)

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All English Tea Paperie artwork - including paintings, florals, illustrations, and patterns - remains the intellectual property of artist Chloé Minyon. Purchasing or commissioning a piece does not transfer the copyright ownership.
