Hi, I'm Chloé. I'm an artist from London, England, now living in Virginia, where I create original artwork, heirloom commissions, and thoughtfully designed collections through my studio, English Tea Paperie.
My work is inspired by architecture, gardens, travel, antiques, and the places that hold our stories. Whether I'm painting a beloved home, creating artwork for a wedding, or developing a new collection, I'm always asking the same question:

English Tea Paperie began as a bespoke wedding stationery studio, but over the years I realized the work people cherished most wasn't simply beautiful - it carried meaning. It marked a home, a marriage, a milestone, or a memory.
That realization transformed my studio into what is is today: a place where art is created not simply to be admired, but to be lived with for years to come.
Outside the studio, you'll usually find me wandering antique shops, visiting museums and gardens, or collecting inspiration from beautiful places and old architecture. I believe most meaningful ideas rarely arrive at a desk - they are discovered while paying attention to the world around us.
