THE CLEAR MIND JOURNAL

Get the gunk out. Journal out all the emotions, concerns, stuff on your mind, the to dos, etc Don't stress about things being neat and tidy, just write.

Start the day with a grateful heart! List a few things you are thankful for.

Acknowledge how you feel and keep track over the days and weeks. If things seem off for a while, it may be time to dig deeper and address what's going on.

The Clear Mind Journal

This is your space for tasks and reminders. Focus on things you can realistically tackle today, or items that have an upcoming deadline.

What are your biggest concerns or goals right now and what can you do today to ease or achieve them?

Focus on a Top 1 each day. What's the 1 thing that you must get done?

Free space! Doodle, paint, add a bible verse, plan your budget, or jot down additional reminders.

Fun fact: the box fits a standard post-it note perfectly, which is great for reoccurring items that need to be moved from day to day!

This is your permission to say no. Items you don't want to forget, but you need to get out of your head, so you can focus on today and today only.
