A Reset Rhythm for Summer

A mid-season invitation to return to yourself

Earlier this summer, I began living in the quiet, tending to my home, my heart, and the kind of creativity that doesn’t always show up on Instagram. I was tired of performing and feeling like I needed to keep up or show up in a certain way to stay relevant.

I didn’t need more noise. I needed space.

To exhale.

To listen.

To feel again.

Maybe you’ve felt that too?

That craving for stillness, not because life has paused, but because your soul needs a different rhythm than the world demands.

In the in-between of mid-summer, there’s something sacred.

It’s not the fresh energy of June or the cozy nesting of fall. It’s softer, quieter.

A little sleepy.

A little sun-drenched.

But still rich with possibility.

It asks less of us, and yet it holds so much space for noticing beauty again and reclaiming a rhythm that actually fits our lives. Mid-summer can open up a gentle returning to ourselves without guilt or expectation.

So if you’ve been feeling a little off-beat lately - overwhelmed, uninspired, scattered, or stuck - I want to offer you a simple phrase:

Reset Rhythm.

Not a reinvention, rebrand, or productivity plan. Just a soft, slow return.

To the rituals that make you feel like yourself. The quiet joys that once steadied you, and the beauty you may have forgotten to reach for.

What might a reset rhythm look like?

A fifteen-minute morning pause with tea or coffee and your journal, before the day takes over

🎧 A playlist that shifts your mood while folding laundry

🎨 A quiet sketch or floral painting with no pressure to share it

🕯 Lighting a candle before opening your laptop

📚 Reading a few pages of something beautiful, just because

🌸 Refreshing a corner of your home so it feels like a deep breath

These tiny anchors won't fix everything, but they help you remember who you are. They soften the edges and turn ordinary days into something sacred.

And in case you’re craving a gentle guide, I’m creating a space just for these seasons of life.

Hi, I'm Chloé

I grew my business during the height of hustle culture and welp, you guessed it... I burned out.

I rested. Not by choice, but by pandemic.

I realized enough was enough - the culture of work for creative entrepreneurs has to change.

I deep-dived into understanding why women are more susceptible to the continual destruction of overwhelm, resulting in me creating The Clear Mind Journal and rediscovering a love for my craft.

Campaigning for margin, joy, intentionality, and most importantly, a clear mind.
