Life is stressful and we are busy. SO busy. It's easy to get caught up with the To Do's and demands of life. We can forget to check in with ourselves and consider how we're really feeling.
Take a moment, grab a notebook, and ask yourself these 6 beautiful questions:
Which areas of your life are you most seeking restoration?
What answers are you seeking in this season?
What does rest look like for you? How can you add more of it into your life?
What does play look like for you? How can you add more of it into your life?
What could you benefit from less of? If social media isn't on the list, I challenge you to consider it!
What goals do you have for yourself over the next 3, 6, and 12 months? This blog post is a great read for helping work through how to set and achieve these goals!
Journaling the answers to these questions is an invitation to get to know ourselves better. Consider checking in daily, clearing out your thoughts, worries, and ideas onto the pages of a notebook (or The Clear Mind Journal) offloading the mental clutter that can cause ongoing stress and anxiety.
