Pick up the phone, send an email, or complete the online consultation request form.  Within 48 hours, we will have scheduled a complimentary face-to-face consultation at your favorite coffee spot, or if out of town/state, a time to talk over FaceTime, Skype or Google Hangout.

The design process begins the day our bride/designer relationship is secured over caffeine (a virtual coffee date works too)!  You will tell me all about your dream wedding papers, styles you love, and the elements you need to make your wedding day uniquely you. As you share your vision and invitation requirements, my creative wheels start turning.  

 

 

Decide you love me

Once you have decided to work with me (and I hope you will), you simply fill out an online questionnaire I'll email you.  Once submitted, I send a proposal and contract with a 50% deposit due.  Numbers and needs can change along the way so don’t stress…the 50% deposit is only on what was originally discussed. The final invoice will reflect anything we add or take away during our design phase. Once the contract and deposit are received, we set off to create….Wahoo!

 

 

Your vision takes to paper

I will begin the design process and will provide you with my take on your invitation.  Don’t worry!  Proofs and mockups are not limited to a single design.  You will be involved every step of the way and should be pleasantly surprised.  Because my service is personal and tailored to you, I hope to get your vision right, sooner than later.  

 

 

Decide you love your design

Once we have agreed on your design, I will email you a proof for your review. After your approval you will want to rush to your mailbox in the days to come!  Your very own invitation will arrive in the mail as though you are a guest to the wedding.  How fun is that?!  This serves as your final proof.  Once you say “I Do” to the invitation, you will receive your updated invoice for the balance on your order.  Once this is paid, printing begins.  

 

 

Your vision becomes reality 

2-3 weeks after your final invoice is paid, I have the privilege of meeting you again to deliver your invitation suite.  If you are out of state, we will package up your invitations and send them carefully on their way to you.  Oh how I love this day!
