Tea with Chloe

July 12, 2017

Every day, I look at the calendar and wonder where on earth time is going.  I'm also still trying to figure how I got so lucky in this business.  This week I realized that I only have SIX spots left open for wedding invitations next year. I mean, seriously? How is this so? I am lucky and grateful that I get to do this for a living. God has done some crazy amazing work in me and my business, and I'm so grateful.

It also makes me wonder WHO my last six ETP brides will be!  Will it be you??  If you think so, start here.  ;)

So, what else is happening in the ETP world?  I was recently insta-stalking Virginia Ashley because I got to create the coolest tropical papers for her workshop this past weekend at Paisley & Jade.  I had a blast creating and painting palms, hibiscus flowers, a flamingo and one epic pineapple menu.  It definitely kept me in my summer mood!

Are you ready for this?

How incredible is this paper flower backdrop from my friend Sweet Pear Paper?! And then this cake from Sorby Sweet and all the real flowers from The Proper Petal . . . scrumptious.

Speaking of Summer mood, I'm trying to keep my Summer going sooooo I did a thing.  I booked a trip to Orlando for Harry Potter World!  I might be more excited than Emma.  If you've gone to the magical world of HP, please send me all the recommendations, tips, must haves, must sees, etc. etc.  Accio all the suggestions!

Also, if you were DESPERATELY MISSING Tea with Chloe last week, I hope I made up for it with the new English Tea Educates series on Friday!  Even though I am British, I do enjoy celebrating 4th of July.  Don't tell the Queen.  But seriously, I hope you loved the English Tea Educates post about the tools I use for watercolor illustrations!  If there are some questions you have or topics you'd love to see covered, comment here or shoot me a message!

Until next time!

Cheers,

Chloe x
