FAQ's
- What are your shipping costs? TOP We try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible (because lets be honest, who really likes to pay for shipping?!), but we also want your order to arrive as quickly and as safely as possible. Each order will be trackable, shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Shipping within in the U.SShipping costs are calculated by weight. However, if your order total amounts to $100.00 or more, shipping is free!

- How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP We try to get all regular orders processed within 7-10 days, but please
keep in mind that each order is custom printed just for you, so
processing can take up to 2 weeks. If you are in need of your order before a certain date (for a special occasion or event), please let us know the date at checkout and we will work to have your order shipped in time. International shipping can take up to 4 weeks. - Do you offer a rush service? TOP - Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP We wrap each set of notes in pretty grosgrain ribbon and then place them in a white card box with a clear lid, which we believe are already perfect for gift giving! - How do I redeem a Groupon? TOP If you purchased an English Tea Paperie Groupon, you should have received an email from Groupon containing a link to your account and Groupon number. Enter this number on checkout, in the discount coupon box. Click recalculate and the amount of your groupon will be deducted from your order. Please note that orders must total at least the amount of your groupon for your groupon code to work. For example, if you purchased a $20 groupon for the price of $10, your English Tea Paperie order must be at least $20 pre tax and shipping. Only one groupon code can be used per order. If you have any questions regarding your Groupon, please email us at cs@englishteapaperie.com and we'll happily guide you through the process. - Can the color of the illustrations be changed? TOP Unfortunately, no. Most of our illustrations are created by hand, using old school pen and paper. We can redraw any of the illustrations in alternate colors, using our Custom Design service! - I don't know how I want to personalize my cards, do you have any suggestions? TOP There are thousands of ways to personalize your note cards and we encourage everyone to be as creative as they can be, but often, deciding can be tough! The most popular personalizations we've received are: Your first name Your last name Your full name Your Monogram Your first or last initial Your business name Mr & Mrs (last name) Thank You Just a Note... From the desk of (name) Happy Birthday Birthday Wishes Happy Holidays Your favorite quote If you are still struggling to decide, why not just leave the personalization box blank and let the illustration do the talking?! - I ordered the wrong name for my cards, what do I do? TOP We are able to correct these errors if you contact us the SAME day as your order, otherwise, we are unable to correct any errors. Each order is custom printed for you, using the personalization text you requested, so are non-refundable if an error is made. The only way to resolve an error on your end, is to re-order the cards with the correct personalization. If an error is made on our end however, please let us know and we'll ship out a new corrected set straight away. We do keep a pdf version of every single card designed, so we are able to check our error against your original order. We check, double check and triple check your requested personalization before printing, so we hope an error never occurs, but sometimes, these things do happen! - Why should I choose English Tea Paperie? TOP Here at English Tea Paperie we create custom stationery to suit your personality. Our main goal is to put the fun into note-writing again and challenge the boring, generic offerings of department stores and card shops. We believe hand written stationery is a personal gift and a sharing of yourself that should reflect your individual personality. With ever changing interests and life milestones, custom-created illustrated stationery allows you to present your unique self. It is our desire to provide you with the most choices to represent your personality, (all hand designed with old school pen and paper!) so we are constantly adding illustrations. If there is an item that you do not see it can be custom-designed for a nominal fee or simply added to our suggestion list. (Items on the suggestion list will be created as time and demand allow). We believe that your cards should be used in your "every day" life and not just pulled out for special occasions, so we keep our prices competitive. Our cottage industry (doesn't that sounds so neat?!) desires to use a green-environment standard. We utilize acid and lignin free paper created by wind power and our envelopes are 30% recyclable post-consumer waste. All extra card is donated to a local public middle school in Richmond, VA for art projects. |
