PLACING AN ORDER
We use a Paypal shopping cart to expedite the ordering process. Paypal is a secure way to make credit card transactions online, without exposing your credit card or bank account number.
If you are inexperienced or uncomfortable with online ordering, please e-mail us and include your name and adress and we will happily mail out an order form for you.
COUPON CODES
If you have a coupon code, simply type the number/text into the coupon code section on checkout and your order will be deducted the discount amount. Discounts do not include shipping.
CUSTOM DESIGN
CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS & PACKAGING
Once we receive your order, processing begins within 1-2 days. You will receive an email from us once your order has shipped, which usually takes around 5-10 days.
Stationery sets are packaged in a cellophane sleeve and wrapped in lucious pink ribbon. Perfect to give as gifts!
GIFTS & GIFT CERTIFICATES
If you would like to include a gift message with your order, please let us know in the "shipping instructions" section on checkout. A cute little handwritten tag will then be added to the set/s of cards!

RETURN POLICY
As all items are custom made with personalization, we regret that they cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged, we will of course ship you a new set, free of charge. Just mark the package to be returned by USPS (this service is usually free) and once the damaged set arrives back to us, we'll print you a spanking new set!
REVOLUTION MONEY EXHANGE
If you would like to pay using Revolution Money Exchange, please select either CHECK or MONEY ORDER when you are presented with the payment options. Please include the text REVOLUTION MONEY EXCHANGE in the "shipping instructions" box. We will then email you an invoice, which will provide a link for you to complete the payment of your order.
