English Tea Paperie was created by illustrator and designer Chloe Minyon - a modern day entrepreneur with a love of stationery and all things preppy. Having just moved to the United States (from London, England) to marry her wonderful husband Joe, Chloe was sitting at home with a million ideas and a packet of markers. Out of that scenario, which one only sees in novels and movies, English Tea Paperie was born. With her innovative stationery solutions, Chloe Minyon is poised to be the next "it" girl in classic British-American style!
